    • Males develop elongate pelvic fins and have brilliant blue bands on their dorsal and anal fins.
  • Habitat:

    • Katherine’s Fairy Wrasse is known to inhabit depths ranging from 10 to at least 40 meters (33 to 131 feet) in exposed outer reef areas rather than lagoons or harbors.
    • It occurs in small groups on rubble and algae reefs.
  • Diet:

    • Their diet should include vitamin-enriched frozen/thawed mysis shrimp, vitamin-enriched frozen/thawed brine shrimp, and other meaty foods.
